Thank you for choosing to celebrate The 2025 Feast of Tabernacles with Passion For Truth Ministries! We are excited to host this appointed Feast Day at the beautiful Encounter Cove Campground and Conference Center (located in the heart of the Missouri Ozarks). There will be eight days full of an infusion of God-centered activities, messages, and worship!

We want each of you to have an EXPERIENCE with the Father and with those around you. We are committed to ensuring that the value you receive far exceeds the cost! Not everyone is able to pay the full registration amount upfront, so we’ve created a way for you to reserve your spot and make payments throughout the year. Please review the important dates and information below.

Important Information, Deadlines & Refund Policy:

• If you choose not to purchase the optional purchase protection insurance (available at the bottom of the registration page), a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE fee will be retained by PFT if your registration is canceled for any reason prior to September 5th.

• No refunds of any kind will be issued after September 5th.

• All processing fees are non-refundable.

Payment Plan Policy:

• A 20% deposit is collected at the time of registration.

• You will receive monthly reminders of your outstanding balance with a link to submit payments.

• Payments must be paid in full by September 1, 2025 or your order will be canceled & all payments made by you will be forfeited.

• If you choose not to purchase the optional purchase protection insurance (available at the bottom of the registration page), a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE fee will be retained by PFT if your registration is canceled for any reason prior to September 1st.

• NOTE: If you choose to utilize the payment plan AND the purchase protection plan, the protection plan will only cover your initial deposit. All future payments are NOT covered by that protection plan.

• No refunds of any kind will be issued after September 1st for the payment plan.

• All processing fees are non-refundable.
