CAMPGROUND ACCOMMODATIONS

Encounter Cove in Roach, Missouri, is located in the heart of the Ozarks. It is a retreat campground that offers outside activities for all ages! From high ropes course, rock climbing wall, and zip lines to cave exploring, hiking trails, and a gymnasium! You will not be disappointed. The camping area is just as diversified – from lakeside cabins, RV & tenting sites to lodges and a motel. Reserve your spot early, as we are sure to fill up quickly!

*NOTE: We only have a select few lodging options for people that won’t be attending full time. You can check by looking for the nightly price after each lodging type.

Men’s Shared Dorm - ($315/event or $35/night)

These are intended for men ages 18+ coming alone and not for families or children.

The men’s dorm room can sleep up to 10 per room (5 sets of bunk beds/10 twin beds). Each dorm has a shared bathroom.

Women’s Shared Dorm - ($315/event or $35/night)

These are intended for women ages 18+ coming alone and not for families or children.

The women’s dorm room can sleep up to 10 per room (5 sets of bunk beds/10 twin beds). Each dorm has a shared bathroom.

Large Family Dorm - ($1850/event or $205/night)

These are intended for larger families that need a little extra space! These can sleep up to 10 per room (5 sets of bunk beds/10 twin beds). Each dorm has one bathroom.

Tent Sites - ($180/event or $20/night)

All tent sites are primitive and do not include electricity or water. There are common areas in select buildings for charging electronics and gathering water but you won't have access to them at your tent site. There is a bath house a short walk from the tent areas as well as port-a-potties. Vehicles are not allowed on the grass.

RV Sites - ($395/event)

These are only sold for all 9 nights due to limited availability.

All RV sites hold a singular RV with water & a 30-amp connection. Please bring a 50-amp to 30-amp adapter if you have a 50-amp camper.

Premium sites - Full hook-ups with septic (These are the first sites sold.)

You are responsible for your own power cord and water hose.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There are 10 sites as an overflow next to the RV park in a small parking lot that has electricity and water (no septic).

We will bring in a dump company twice during the week for those sites. The premium RV sites will be reserved in the order of registration.

The motel rooms can sleep up to 6 per room (1 queen and 2 bunk beds). Each room has its own bathroom.

6-Person Koehler Lodge Rooms - ($1755/event or $195/night) Click here for virtual tour

These lodge rooms have one queen and two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds) and also come with a LARGE COMMON AREA with tables, a fireplace, a living room area, and a shared full kitchen. This lodge is in an excellent location and right down the street from the worship center.
